You can make payment at time of booking or at time of session.

Fees are to be paid before or at time of session.

Cancellations

Quirky Quolls is neurodivergent-friendly and understands that flexibility may be required with bookings.

Where possible, please allow 24 to 48 hours’ notice when cancelling a session.

However, I understand that energy and emotional regulation can be unpredictable and you may need to cancel a session at short notice. In these cases, I will try to reschedule the session and not charge for cancellation or rescheduling.

If you cancel sessions repeatedly and/or if the reason for cancellation was easily preventable, you may be charged a cancellation fee. (Full session fee within 24 hours. 50% session fee within 24 to 48 hours.)
